Nhat Nam Fine Foods has been established in Ho Chi Minh City in 1997 as an Importer and Distributor of high quality foodstuffs from Europe and USA, and has developed into a well-known agent and distributor of perishable products like frozen seafood, meats, small goods, herbs and spices and non-dairy cream. Our aim is to supply our customers with high quality, fresh products at the best possible price.

 

Our distribution network covers all major centers of Vietnam and our clientele are Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Airline Catering, Catering Companies, Cruise Ships, Supermarkets, Shops, Retail Stores and Food Processors. The local distribution in Saigon is done by temperature controlled trucks (frozen or chilled), and we use motorcycles for swift deliveries in the city areas. To Hanoi and most other provinces, shipments are made by air cargo for fresh products and urgent deliveries, and by railway or truck for dry goods.

In the year 2000 the owners of Nhat Nam Fine Foods founded “Swiss Alps® – Thao Nguyen” as a separate entity to produce sausages for a wide range of customers, Expatriate and Vietnamese, wanting to savor Central European Sausages. We started with Swiss and German Specialties, and have since then expanded our range of products with Sausages from around the globe: Local Vietnamese Specialties, Australian, English, Thai and Laotian Sausages. Very much sought after are our Smoked Leg Hams (Gammon Hams), Boneless Rolled Hams and other Specialty small goods. Many more products are in the developing stage. As we are a small processor we can also produce according to client’s specification and recipe (minimum quantity applies).

 

All our products are made with natural ingredients, and no coloring, flavoring, filling agents or extenders are used. For all our smoked products we use natural smoke produced by birch wood chips imported from Germany.
